FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
- Yes – in order to perform an order you need to register with some personal data. That information is protected under paragraph 15 GTC, Data Protection.
- The registration is being done by opening of an account in the Kings-of-Fashion online shop under the personal area „my account“. This function can be found to the right of the language selection under “Register”.
- Should you dispose of a client account already, it is sufficient to register with your login data.
- The personal area „my account“ allows you to easily use all functions of the Kings-of-Fashion online shop. Here you can indicate different addresses for the delivery, maintain your personal data, your password, check the status of your order and register or cancel the newsletter. Additionally this entitles you to be first in being informed about offers and actions of Kings-of-Fashion.
- You want to know more about Kings-of-Fashion or always be up-to-date on any discounts and sales, events and trends from the world of fashion? With the Kings-of-Fashion Newsletter you are always up-to-date! Just hit the button „newsletter register“.
- Should you want to cancel the newsletter, you can easily do so in the area „my account“. There you can cancel it.
- Go to the Login-page and check the function „forgotten password“ and enter your e-mail address that is linked to your account and password. We shall immediately send you a link, which allows you to easily enter a new password.
- Log in with your user name and password under „my account“. There you can easily change and/or cancel your personal account data.
- You can give us notice at any point in time to immediately cancel your account. Just send us a message by E-mail to service@kings-of-fashion indicating your first and family name together with your wish to cancel the account.
- After selection of the size and color of the article you put it in the shopping cart. Once you have selected all desired products, you can click on the shopping cart symbol and will be guided to the check-out section.
- In order to finish an order you need to open a client account or you can log in with your available account access data.
- Enter a delivery address now or if applicable an additional invoice address.
- Afterwards you have to choose the desired payment mode. You have several options.
- Before finishing the order it is important that you accept the General Terms and Conditions. Here you can click in the field put to the left of “I’ve read & accepted the terms & conditions”.
- Gift vouchers or action codes can be entered over the “Coupon code” field and by clicking the “apply coupon” button they will be deducted form the overall total of the invoice.
- In the last step you can control again all your order. You send off your order by clicking on the “place order” button.
There is no minimum amount.
- All stocks of the articles in our online shop are put up-to-date regularly and in short intervals. In general all articles in the Kings-of-Fashion online shop that pop up are in stock. Should any article not be available right now, you can leave us your e-mail address and you will be informed as soon as the article is available again.
- Only the available sizes of an article will be shown on the product page.
- There is a Size Chart added to each product in order to be able to compare specific sizes which can be different in many countries.
To make your shopping experience in Kings-of-Fashion.com as easy as possible, we offer three modes of payment:
a) Payment over Pay-Pal
You can easily pay over the „pay-pal“ button and the internet page of pay-pal.com shows up where you can pay with your credit card.
b) VISA and MASTERCARD:
You can easily pay directly with your VISA and MASTERCARD credit card.
c) Pre-payment to our banking account:
When performing a pre-payment, please always indicate the number of the invoice as a reference. This is the only guarantee for a swift treatment of your order. Your order will automatically be cancelled after 7 days, should we not be in possession of your payment

- Payment through Pay-Pal: The debit of your credit card takes place at the moment of the payment of the order.
- Payment with VISA and MASTERCARD: The debit of your credit card takes place at the moment of the payment.
- Pre-payment to our account: The debit of your bank account takes place at the moment of confirmation of a payment in favor of KOFAG International Fashion AG.
- Gift vouchers or action codes can be entered over the “Coupon code” field and by clicking the “apply coupon” filed they will be deducted form the overall total of the invoice. The order form will adapt and the discount will automatically be applied.
- The action code cannot be used on discounted items.
- We deliver orders of and over 100 CHF / Euro free of charge within Switzerland, to Liechtenstein and parts of the European Union according to paragraph 6 GTC. We can also deliver to all other countries (paragraph 6 GTC). The country specific charges of delivery will be shown under “your order”. The goods will be delivered directly to the indicated delivery address. The invoice will be sent in all cases to the invoicing address. Please also consider and consult the current conditions on Value Added Tax (VAT) which are described under paragraph 11 GTC.
- Delivery will be done through A-Post or PostPac Priority by the Swiss Postal Services.
- The delivery will take around 2 to 3 working days within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein and 3 to 8 working days in the European Union and all other countries from the moment of the ordering. Please take into account that weekend days and special holidays have to be added to the delivery time. As soon as an order leaves the logistics center, you will be notified by E-mail.
- Should your order not arrive within 7 working days after the automatic shipping confirmation by e-mail, please contact our customers service desk at service@kings-of-fashion.com.
- For all countries specific delivery costs will be shown and calculated. They are accepted by you when confirming your order.
Your ordered is the wrong size?
- No problem. Ordered articles can be returned to KOFAG within 14 days of the reception in the original packaging. No returns will be accepted for discounted articles. On part-deliveries, the return date will be extended until the rest of the delivery is with you. We only accept intact, unworn and undamaged articles with the pertaining delivery note. The product authenticity TAG must be attached with the plastic security seal intact. We are entitled to keep part of the payment should we detect any responsibility of a deterioration of the goods by you. We shall determine that amount at our discretion. Any return of goods is to be paid by the buyer and the date of the postmark is binding for the acceptance of the return.

- Return service of Pay-Pal: Pay-Pal will be the returning cost for clients having activated the return policy offered by them.
- Faulty articles must be clearly marked on the delivery note when returning.

- We cannot accept cancellations for technical reasons. In such cases we ask you to refuse the parcel. Any payments or pre-payments will be returned to you. Possible charges for the returning of the parcel have to be paid by you.
- This depends on the payment mode you have chosen.
- Payment with Pay-Pal: The amount will be credited to your credit card.
- Payment with VISA and MASTERCARD: The amount will be credited to your credit card by us.
- Pre-payment to the account of KOFAG International Fashion AG: We shall return to you the paid value of the goods to your banking account under deduction of payment charges applied by the bank. Please don’t forget to indicate to us your banking details, such as number of bank account, IBAN-number and SWIFT code of your bank.
